Estimate follow-up sequence. Three-touch automated sequence over 7 days for unsold quotes. Most jobs that don't close on the first estimate are lost to silence — this fixes that.
Post-job review generation. Automated SMS after a completed job prompts the customer to leave a Google review. Review volume compounds over time and directly affects organic visibility.

Keyword research, campaign build, ad copywriting, call tracking configuration, and landing page build. This is the one-time work required to launch correctly. After that, the monthly retainer covers ongoing management, optimization, and weekly reporting.
No. Month-to-month with a 30-day out clause. Give 30 days' notice at any point and the engagement ends. We don't believe in locking clients into contracts — if the campaigns are working, you'll want to stay. If they're not, you should be able to leave.
Month 3 is the earliest we recommend it. By then, you have call volume data showing which times see the most missed calls, which job types get quoted but not closed, and whether reviews are being collected consistently. The RevOps Add-On is more effective with 60+ days of real campaign data behind it.
$1,000/mo is the practical floor for most Florida pest control markets. Below that, Google won't have enough daily budget to show your ads consistently during peak search hours. In higher-CPC markets like Miami or Fort Lauderdale ($15–$18 avg CPC), $1,500/mo gives you better daily coverage. We'll tell you the realistic number for your specific market on the discovery call.
