Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zorvodigital.com and any services provided by Zorvo Digital LLC ("Zorvo Digital," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company. By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Zorvo Digital provides performance marketing services to home service operators:

• Performance Retainer: Google Ads campaign management, call tracking setup and attribution, branded landing page, and a Weekly Revenue Scorecard delivered every Monday. Ad spend is client-funded separately through the client's own Google Ads account. Retainer is month-to-month with a 30-day out clause.
• RevOps Add-On: Automation modules installed inside the client's existing business tools, including missed-call SMS response, estimate follow-up sequences, and review generation. Available from Month 3 of the engagement onward. Governed by a separate add-on agreement.

Performance Retainer — Key Terms

• Account ownership: All Google Ads campaigns are built inside the client's own Google Ads account. The client owns the account and all campaign data at all times.
• Ad spend: Ad spend is billed directly by Google to the client's payment method. Zorvo Digital does not handle ad spend funds.
• Call tracking: A call tracking number is assigned to the client's campaign. Inbound calls are logged, recorded, and attributed to their ad source. Call recordings are available to the client for review.
• Weekly Revenue Scorecard: Zorvo Digital delivers a performance report every Monday covering calls received, qualified calls, booked appointments, and cost per booked appointment for the prior week.
• Term and cancellation: The retainer is month-to-month. Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client retains full access to their Google Ads account, campaigns, and all associated data.
• Setup fee: A one-time setup fee applies to new clients as specified in the client agreement.

Prohibited Use

You may not use zorvodigital.com or our services to:

• Misrepresent your business, service area, or ability to fulfill the services you engage Zorvo Digital to market
• Use campaign assets, landing pages, or tracking infrastructure built by Zorvo Digital to market services outside the agreed scope without prior written approval
• Engage in any unlawful activity in connection with the services or campaigns managed by Zorvo Digital
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent our call tracking infrastructure

Limitation of Liability

Zorvo Digital's liability to any buyer is limited to the total amount paid by that buyer in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, close rates, or return on investment from calls or leads delivered.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active buyers by email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
